Consist of six P. P. Rabbit cageP. P. Trays with inbuilt door and side mesh on thetrolley.
Polypropylene cagebody: Cage bottombody is made of autoclavable food grade P. P. material and hasprovision for fixing food hopper. Cage bottom body has alsoprovision for keeping floor net made of S. S. Size of P. P. cagebody is 650 x 500 x 200 mm.
Rack:The rack structure will be fabricatedfrom AISI 304 quality stainless steel square pipe of Size 30 mm x30 mm. Sides of racks are made of S. S. wire mesh of 10 swg &sheet of 18 swg.
Door:The door is fixed in the main frameof trolley only and its size is 400 mm x 200 mm
Bottomgrill: Bottom grillis made from 12 swg S. S. wire of size 12 mm x 12 mm welded on aframe of 5mm.
Excretatray:Fabricated from22 swg AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet. All the corners willbe round and sheet double fold on the verges toprovide good strength. Three handles will be provided, one in frontto pull the tray and two onthe side hinges to uplift the tray without spreading the urine andfaces.
Foodhopper: Fabricatedfrom 22 swg sheet of size: 100 x 65 x 160 mm and fits on thepolypropylene body.
Waterbottle: Made ofautoclavable food grade P. P. material of capacity 500ml with S. S.nozzle
Wheels:The entire battery with cages willmove on 4 nos. of Polyurethane swivel castor wheels two with brakesand two without brakes. All the joints will be argon arc weldedwith smooth and glossy finish.
